The rededication of the National Standard at St Andrews went very well in a full church, but we didn’t want to see the new standard in the middle of Plymouth Sound in the middle of a Force 9 gale, so cancelled the Parade, which disappointed the Navy guard from HMS RALEIGH who wanted to be on the Telly. A big well done to Plymouth Branch for a really knock-out job.
