On Saturday 1st June, 14 members of Plymouth Branch enjoyed a very pleasant visit to HMP Dartmoor Museum and surrounding grounds of the the prison, visiting the memorials to the American POWs of the 1812 war who died in Dartmoor, and the French POWs of the Napoleonic wars who died there. The Branch thanks S/M Chris Peck, who was a Prison Officer at Dartmoor for several years, for organising the visit which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
