The RNA Biennial Parade took place at Whitehall on Sunday 08 September 2013 at 1100. Branches paraded along Whitehall and on completion attended the post march refreshments at the Civil Service Club. The reviewing Officer this year was the Second Sea Lord, Vice Admiral David Steel CBE who was accompanied by the Right Hon Mark Francois MP Minister for Defence Personnel, Welfare and Veterans.
