The Appointment of a new and the retirement of the old President of No. 4 Area took place at the Area AGM held at the Redruth Branch on 21st January 2012.
Shipmate Howard Jefferies stood down as the Area President, and was made a Life Vice President of the Area.
Appointed to the Presidency is Shipmate David White MSM MBE former National Council Member for the Area.
David was the previous National Chairman, he is also a National Life Vice President.
